It’s a boy!

We went to the doctor today for an ultrasound and we got to see the baby. The baby wasn’t shy, so now we know it’s a boy!

They took all kinds of measurements and so far everything looks good, which is such a relief, for the time being anyhow!

20 weeks down, 20 more to go!

  4. 20 weeks already??!! Congrats!! I'm so happy to hear everything is going well... and a boy!!! How does Nia feel about that? I'm sure she'd be super-excited either way. I can just see her in her little strict teacher outfit, teaching a little brother. Haha.

  5. Congrats on the boy! Isn't it amazing to be able to find out what you're having beforehand?
My husband is in A-100 right now, and once I finish my student teaching in a couple weeks, I'll be moving out to DC to join him. I'm about 8 weeks along with my 2nd baby right now, and I was wondering if you had any thoughts or recommendations on ob-gyns in the DC area. We'll be living in Rosslyn (Arlington). If you could email me about this, I'd love it! chickenflag@hotmail.com
And again, congrats on the little boy!

We look forward to following your travels on your blog and wish you all the best. We left for our first post when my son was just 6 months old, little did he (or we) know the adventures that awaiting us!
